Sen. Cayetano warns LTO

MANILA, Philippines, April 22 (Eagle News) — Senator Alan Peter Cayetano said that he will hinder the budget of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) next year if said government agency will not implement a 30-day moratorium regarding its “no-plate, no travel” policy.
