MANILA, Philippines, June 16 (Eagle News) — Senator Francis Joseph “Chiz” Escudero confirmed that he will meet with President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III regarding the 2016 presidential elections but denied that he have plans to run for the presidency, adding that he does not have the necessary funds and machinery.
