Sen. Jinggoy asks SC to not use AMLC report as evidence

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – Senator Jinggoy Estrada asked the Supreme Court in a twenty-eight-paged petition to not use the inquiry report of the Anti-Money Laundering Council as evidence against him, saying that said report violated his constitutional right against unreasonable searches and seizure.
