According to the Philippine National Police, they still do not have the copy of the warrant of arrest issued against Senator Antonio Trillanes for the libel case file against him by former Makati City Mayor Junjun Binay.
PNP added that based on experience, those accused of libel are able to pay bail before the warrant of arrest reaches the PNP, since the accused only has to pay Php 10, 000.
