MANILA, Philippines, May 5 (Eagle News) — The Senate Committee on Local Government received the report of the Citizens’ Peace Council regarding the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) as it continued its deliberation over said proposed law, particularly, questions regarding its constitutionality.
