MANILA, Philippines, August 11 (Eagle News) — The Senate will hear the bill proposed by Senator Vicente Sotto III regarding the registration of SIM card.
Said proposal is supported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as well as the police to prevent the use of cellphones in acts of terrorism as well as in scams.
