MANILA, Philippines, June 5 (Eagle News) — Senators expressed their support on Senator Bongbong Marcos’ dismissal of the Malacañang version of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) and submitting instead a substitute bill to the plenary.
According to Senate President Franklin Drilon and Acting Minority Leader Senator Tito Sotto, it is within the prerogative of Senator Marcos to make such substitute bill.
