QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Senator Leila De Lima denied that she is involved in the death of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa.
De Lima said that this is another invention against her, in an effort to allegedly besmirch her name . De Lima was one of those mentioned in the affidavit earlier written by Mayor Espinosa.
She also expressed her support for Senator Panfilo Lacson’s motion to re-open the Senate’s investigation on extra-judicial killings.
