MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Eleven other senators signed Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago’s committee report declaring the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) unconstitutional if it will not be amended by the Senate. The said report will be submitted to the Senate Committee on Local Government headed by Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
