Senator Grace Poe qualified as presidential candidate

MANILA, Philippines, June 3 (Eagle News) — According to Senator Francis Escudero, Senator Grace Poe is qualified to run for presidency as she is a resident of the Philippines since 2005. The statement counters Navotas Representative Toby Tiangco who said that Senator Poe is not qualified to run for president in 2016 since she did not possess the necessary residency requirements.
