Shell Philippines and Petron Corporation hiked prices of their oil products effective 6 a.m. today.
The two oil giants increased prices of kerosene and diesel by 50 centavos per liter while they also hiked 10 centavos per liter on prices of gasoline.
Petron however rolled back prices of its LPG products by P2.20 per kilogram. This will bring a decrease of P24.20 on prices of 11-kilogram tank of Gasul and Fiesta Gas.
Petron also cut prices of AutoLPG by P1.23 per liter.
Based on data of the Department of Energy (DOE), as of March 25, average price of diesel was posted at P44.25 per liter while common price of gasoline was at P52.95 per liter.
On the same period, AutoLPG prices ranged from P32.90 to P38.80 per liter
