MANILA, Philippines, June 23 (Eagle News) — According to Transportation and Communication Secretary Joseph Abaya, the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) will implement a single-ticketing system in September which means that passengers of both transport system can now use a single smart card.
