(Eagle News)–The Quirino northbound entry of Skyway Stage 3 is now open to the public.
SMC Infrastructure made the announcement in a Tweet on Saturday, April 8.
It said the opening was to “ease traffic flow of our motorists.”
“To our motorists, pls be guided accordingly. Thank you,” it added.
