MANILA, Philippines – Smartmatic will file a motion for reconsideration regarding the decision of the Supreme Court (SC) voiding the contract between the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and Smartmatic, saying that it is not clear with them why the Supreme Court made said decision despite sufficient evidence proving that the contract between the COMELEC and Smartmatic is valid.
