QUEZON City, Philippines – Bayan Muna representative Neri Colmenares and Zamboanga representative Celso Lobregat said that they will counter the new version of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) drafted by the Malacañang, which they alleged, was formed during the meeting of several congressmen with President Benigno S. Aquino III during the weekend. The two further accused the Malacañang of rail-roading.
