QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – House Committee Chairman on Metro Manila Development, Rep. Winston Castelo is proposing to replace the boundary system with a fixed-salary system for jeepney and bus drivers in order to lessen accidents. The proposal also includes a provision that said drivers be subject to a regular eight working hours.
