(Eagle News)–Senator Tito Sotto on Saturday, Oct. 6, said people should not worry about President Rodrigo Duterte’s health.
According to Sotto, who gave a radio interview, it was normal for any person aged 60 and above to have health issues.
“Ang health packages ng mga ospital ngayon ang gagaling. Kahit anong sakit na makita mo, may remedyo sila,” he said.
President Duterte admitted on Thursday that he underwent tests at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said these were follow-up tests to determine whether there was indeed a “growth” in the President’s digestive tract, which was seen in previous endoscopy and colonoscopy tests the chief executive underwent.
