(Eagle News) – Over 60 percent of Filipinos are satisfied with the general performance of the Duterte administration, a recent Social Weather Stations survey said.
According to the SWS, the 69% of Filipinos satisfied,18% neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, and 11% dissatisfied translate to a net satisfaction rating of +58.
Even if this was a 12-point decline from the +70 rating the administration received in the fourth quarter of 2017, the SWS said it was “very good.”
The high ratings cut across geographical areas and socio-economic classes.
Net satisfaction rating of the administration’s performance remained “excellent” in Mindanao with +72, a 15-point decline from the +87 rating in December 2017.
In the Visayas, the net satisfaction rating remained at “very good,” with a +57 rating.
It also stayed at “very good” in Balance Luzon, with a +50, although this was down by 17 points from the record-high +67 recorded in December 2017.
In Metro Manila, the net satisfaction rating was at +58.
While a 13-point decline from the record-high +71 in December, the rating was classified as “very good” by the SWS.
The national administration’s net satisfaction stayed at “very good” with its +56 rating among members of classes ABC.
Among members of Class D and Class E, net satisfaction ratings were at +58 and +56, respectively, both classified as “very good.”
