Drilon, Belmonte personally deliver to the INC leadership a resolution declaring July 27 as special non-working holiday
Senate President Franklin Drilon and House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte were at the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s central office earlier this morning to personally deliver to the INC leadership joint resolution number 2, the resolution declaring July 27, 2014 as a special non-working holiday. The first time a joint resolution was passed was in the year 2011, more than three years ago.
