After winning Game 1 of the semi-finals, San Miguel Beermen succumbs back-to-back from Tropang TNT as the latter gets Game 2, and just yesterday, the third match of the best-of-seven series, 98-92.
Six of the Tropa finished with double-digit points, the highest being veteran Ranidel De Ocampo who drilled 24 points, including crucial free throws at the 8.1 mark of the game, not to mention 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Rookie Roger Pogoy followed with a career-high 22 points at 6-of-10 three-point field goals, along with 7 rebounds, while star point guard Jayson Castro finished with double-double of 12 points and 12 assists.
On the side of the Beermen, Marcio Lassiter and Alex Cabagnot earned 18 apiece, while June Mar Fajardo added 16 points and 9 rebounds.
Game 4 is set on Tuesday night at SM Mall of Asia Arena.
