QUEZON City, Philippines – The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will give free training to the thousands of drug dependents who surrendered to the authorities through its barangay-based training program.
TESDA already coordinated with the barangay officials as directed by President Rodrigo Duterte to give rehabilitation and special training to drug dependents. This program will encourage them to stay away from drugs.
