In an exclusive interview, the former Local Government and Interior Secretary Raffy Alunan said that the country is facing a crisis of leadership, citing several examples like the Manila Grandstand Hostage crisis, super-typhoon Yolanda and the latest, being the Mamasapano incident wherein President Aquino failed to show proper leadership.
