MANILA, Philippines, August 26 (Eagle News) — Thousands of senior citizens beneficiaries in Makati City that benefited from then Makati Mayor and now Vice President Jejomar Binay’s programs are missing, as the Senate Blue Ribbon sub-committee continues its probe on the alleged anomalies against Binay.
