(Eagle News) — The Department of Transportation has ordered the suspension of three Private Emission Testing Centers (PETC) for alleged falsification of emission test results.
In an advisory, the DoTR said ordered suspended on Aug. 17 were Victory Emission Testing Center in Barangka Drive, Mandaluyong City; Six Eleven Emission Test Co. in Southwestern Poblacion, Calamba, Misamis Occidental; and RNJ Emission Testing Center in Muzon, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.
The DoTR said copies of the suspension orders were given to the PETC IT Service Provider.
If the service provider continues to process data provided by the suspended centers, the DoTR said it would be sanctioned as well.
