Tropical Depression ‪‎Onyok‬ maintains strength, continues to post threat over CARAGA region

Tropical Depression ‪‎Onyok‬ maintained its strength and direction as it continues to pose threat over CARAGA Region. Onyok has maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and is moving to west direction at 17 kph.

As of 4am, based on all available data, Onyok was located at 405 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

These areas under PSWS No. 1 should expect wind speeds of up to 30-60 kph within 36 hours. This may cause some broken tree branches and slight damage to structures made of light materials.
