MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Zamboanga City’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) has advised the public to take precautionary measures as the city experiences inclement weather condition, although not directly affected by tropical storm “Ferdie.”
Heavy downpour started before sunrise tuesday, flooding low-lying areas downtown like the Pilar Street and Barangay Zone IV.
Classes in all levels were not suspended despite the heavy downpour but school officials were given the discretion to suspend classes depending on the situation in their schools.
