The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on its Friday, October 2 forecast that tropical depression “Kabayan” has already reached Luzon.
The weather bureau also said that they are raising public storm signals in several provinces as well as raising the orange rainfall warning on Metro Manila and others. For the list of provinces affected, check out the video.
