
(Eagle News) – Typhoon Onyok has already left the country, exiting the Philippine Area of Responsibility Monday night, Sept. 30, at 10:30 p.m.
There is no more tropical cyclone wind signals in the country.
Only the “through” of Onyok will bring scattered light to moderate rains over Batanes.
As of 4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon “ONYOK” was located based on all available data at 695 km North of Basco, Batanes (OUTSIDE PAR) (26.7 °N, 122.4 °E ), according to PAGASA.
It is moving North at 30 kph, with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph, as it further moves away from the country.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers.
