UE-RMMMC grad tops Physician Licensure Exam

PRC says 1067 of 1601 passed test given early this month

(Eagle News) — Over 1,000 passed the Physician Licensure Examination recently given by the Professional Regulation Commission.

According to the PRC, there were 1067 passers of the 1601 who took the exam early this month.

Jerald Lalaguna  Pelayo of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center Inc. topped the exam, with a score of 88.17 percent.

Jay Ruyeras Orehuela of Southwestern University-Matias H. Aznar Memorial College Of Medicine was in second place with 88 %, and Lori Belle Mariano  Lofranco of the UE-RMMMC was third with 87.08%.

Maria Cecilia Castillo  Navata of Our Lady Of Fatima University-Valenzuela was fourth with 86.83%, Abdulraoph Gaus  Deki of the University Of Santo Tomas fifth with 86.33% and Regina Mae Lo  Ang also of UST was sixth with 86.08%.

In seventh place was Jill Jebulan  Jaime of the Saint Luke’s College Of Medicine with a score of 85.75, in eighth was Ommar Tampus  Pacalundo of Cebu Doctor’s University-College Of Medicine with 85.58%, and in ninth place were Shannen Kaye Bumalay  Apolinario of the Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and Don Hale Ipapo  Hilario of the  Manila Central University-Caloocan City, with a score of 85.50% each.

Michael Vincent Leonor  Bajamonde of FEU-NRMF,  Camille Young  Herrera also of FEU-NRMF, Bryan Jeffrey Pe  Manzana of the UE-RMMMC and Larizza Yrish Velilla  Ramos of Our Lady Of Fatima University-Valenzuela shared tenth place, with 85.33 percent each.
