Universities recover from fire

MANILA, Philippines – The University of the East and the University of the Philippines are slowly recovering from the fires that affected their respective campuses. UE announced that its summer classes will start on April 11 and enrollment is ongoing while UP College of Arts and Letters suspended classes until April 7 while the university is negotiating with the Bureau of Fire Prevention for the creation of a new fire station inside the campus.
