JULY 10 (Eagle News) — Local government units have announced class suspensions on all levels for July 10, Friday, due to countinued heavy rains and threat of floods.
Typhoon “Falcon” continues to enhance the “hanging habagat” or the southwest monsoon that induce rains in most part of the country.
