MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday afternoon joined the board of directors of the US-Philippines Society during their courtesy call at the President’s Hall, Malacañang Palace.
Included in the group was US Ambassador to the Philippines Sung Kim.
The US-Philippines Society is a private sector initiative organized “to broaden and expand interaction and understanding in areas of security, trade, investments, tourism, environment, history, education and culture” between the two countries.
