MANILA, Philippines – The United States of America Secretary for Defense Ash Carter is now at the Philippines the “Balikatan” joint military exercises between the US and the Philippines. Secretary Carter will also check out the five military bases where American soldiers will be allowed to stay.
Secretary Carter’s visit came one week before the issuance of the decision regarding the arbitration case filed by the Philippines regarding the disputed territories in the West Philippine Sea.
