US Flags lowered to half-staff to honor Tennessee shooting victims

UNITED State of America, July 22 — Flags were lowered to half-staff at the White House and Capitol buildings on Tuesday (July 21) to honor the victims of a deadly shooting in Tennessee earlier this week that killed five U.S. servicemen.

U.S. President Barak Obama ordered U.S. flags to be flow half-staff at all public buildings in honor of the four Marines and a Navy petty officer killed in shootings at military recruitment centers in Chattanooga on July 16.

A source close to the family of the gunman, 24 year old Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez, said on Tuesday that they believe deep depression and shame over an impaired driving charge may have led him to go on the shooting rampage.
