The arraignment of United States Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton is scheduled today at the Zambales Regional Trial Court after the Department of Justice (DOJ) dismissed his motion for reconsideration. Pemberton is the suspect in the murder of Jeffrey Laude.
