QUEZON City, Philippines – The group Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) is not content with the series of arrests and killings made by the Philippine National Police against drug pushers. While it is not looking down on the initiative of the PNP, it is noticeable that only small-time drug pushers were arrested but not big-time drug syndicates as well as their alleged police protectors.
