QUEZON City, Philippines – The group Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption filed criminal charges against online gambling tycoon Jack Lam at the Department of Justice. The VACC accused Lam of violating the 40% foreign ownership requirement in corporations in connection with Lam’s alleged ownership of Fort Ilocandia in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
