In preparation for super-typhoon “Ruby” the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council of Valencia, Bukidnon has on stand-by five dump trucks, a payloader, 2 rescue ambulances and a multi-cab at the CDRRMC staging area, ready for dipatch.
