QUEZON City, Philippines – Basser Utto, a vice-mayoralty candidate in Maguindanao, showed a video of alleged cheating during the May 9 elections.
He also revealed how the massive cheating in Maguindanao benefited Liberal Party candidates
Meanwhile, Glen Chong, a computer expert and an election observer said that the statistical data they collated showed how the candidates of the present administration benefited from the alleged cheating.
Chong said, it was very suspicious that zero votes came out on the vice presidential candidates — except for Leni Robredo in certain areas.
