QUEZON City, Philippines – Senator Bongbong Marcos said that the vice presidential race is not yet over as the official canvassing of votes is yet to start.
Marcos took an early lead in the partial and unofficial results based on the transparency servers of the PPCRV and the KBP but Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo was able to surpass him.
Marcos added that he will wait for the results of the counting of the National Board of Canvassers. It is the Senate and the House of Representatives that will officially proclaim who won the presidential and vice presidential race.
