QUEZON City, Philippines, June 25 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services and Administration (PAGASA), the El Niño phenomenon will become stronger at the end of the year, with provinces in Visayas and Mindanao.
The effects of El Niño will be alleviated by the start of the rainy season but will return in force at the end of the year.
