MANILA, Philippines, April 22 (Eagle News) — Vice President Jejomar “Jojo” Binay Sr. left the country to attend the Asian-African Summit in Bandung, Indonesia. Binay will also ask for clemency for Mary Jane Veloso, who is facing death row.
