Vice President Jejomar Binay Sr., is set to deliver his “True State of the Nation Address” (TSONA), a week after the State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno S. Aquino III.
Said “True SONA” will be held at the Cavite State University on Monday afternoon.
