(Eagle News) — They excitedly sang, and danced as the Church Of Christ members of Malawi, a landlocked country in Southeast Africa, reached the finished line of the 1.6 kilometer stretch designated for the Church’s Worldwide Walk to Fight Poverty on Sunday, May 6.
Malawi nationals rejoiced as they finished the charity walk of the Iglesia Ni Cristo that they know was meant to benefit poor communities in Africa.
Malawi was just one of the countries in Africa which joined the global charity march against poverty of the INC.
The other countries which joined the walk were South Africa, Malawi, Liberia, Kenya and Uganda.
