(Eagle News)—-The woman who was seen dancing on Edsa in a viral video has apologized.
The 23-year-old woman personally went to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority to issue the apology to MMDA spokesperso Celine Pialago.
She said she was willing to pay the violations she incurred by dancing on the bus lane of the busy Edsa Kamuning flyover.
She said her friends who were heard cheering her on in a vehicle were also willing to do the same.
The MMDA will impose a P500 fine for jaywalking on her, while her friend who was driving will face the same fine but for reckless driving.
