QUEZON City, Philippines – Constitutional lawyer Atty. Mark Tolentino said that the filing of a writ of habeas data by Senator Leila De Lima against President Rodrigo Duterte will be dismissed due to the immunity of the President.
Atty. Tolentino said that the camp of Senator De Lima is only looking for media mileage in filing said petition.
