QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The municipality of Sibugay, Zamboanga has implemented a strict “no ID, no entry” policy.
The ordinance was issued after a special session of the municipal council, which also ordered the setting up of security checkpoints.
Residents and non-residents of the municipality are advised to always bring their identification cards in line with the new measure.
